From Fridge to Forever

A variety of sizes to accommodate all of your art.

The Process

You mail or hand deliver your child’s artwork to me

The artwork is prepared, cut, enhanced and arranged onto a 1/2” thick birch wood panel (size TBD based on you and the amount of art to be preserved)

Photo sent to you via text or email for your approval

Minor enhancements are added by hand

The edge of the board is finished with paper tape

Resin epoxy is applied to seal your heirloom piece for years to come

Artwork is carefully packaged for you and either shipped or you can pick it up

Enhancements

Prep /Arrangement

This initial phase involves selecting various pieces from your collection and then cutting and preparing them for application. The pieces are arranged so that when you look at the finished project, your eye travels through the combined artwork.

Resin Epoxy Application

Once all of the art is applied and approved by you, slight hand applied enhancements are added to accentuate various pieces.

Lastly, epoxy resin is poured over the sealed piece for a final layer of protection.

In this step, I am creating a contrasting line to border the art and give it a clean, finished look.

Edge Finishing

I take your child’s artwork, cut it out, prepare it and thoughtfully arrange the collected pieces onto a birch board which is then permanently sealed and ready to be proudly displayed for years to come in your home or office.
